JavaScript error on the settings page

Description

Opening the settings page throws an uncaught TypeError. The page still renders.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in
2. Open https://demo-shop.example.com/settings

Expected result

No errors are logged to the console.

Actual result

TypeError thrown while rendering the notifications panel.
